The delocalised subject THE FLORENCE OF THE MEDICI (15th-18th centuries), organized by the research group, ACAF/ART-GEAM study group of Modern Art, will take place from 18 to 22 April 2018.
To make the pre-registration effective you must make a deposit of € 100 in the account of CaixaBank ES08 2100 3006 9322 0087 9366, in the name of Carme Narváez Cases, before February 23, stating the concept “Payment Subject in Florence” and clearly identifying the name of the person who enroll in the activity. The increase in the rate in the case of those not enrolled in the UB or the UPF is justified by the fact that they can not be included in the reduced prices by groups of students linked to EU teaching institutions, and their entries have to be acquired separately, at prices not reduced.
Once the payment is made, send the voucher (scanned or photographed if it has been made directly to the bank, or PDF if it has been done by bank transfer via virtual bank) to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your name. The remaining payments will be made effective through the same procedure once, as of February 28, it is confirmed that the minimum pre-enrollment of 50 students has been reached. Otherwise, that deposit will be returned.
For this reason, it is not advisable to make hotel reservations or air tickets before this date. The organizers will not be responsible in any case for the cancellation costs of these reserves in case the activity is finally canceled.
Once in Florence, an individual audio system will be provided to make possible an adequate follow-up of the teachers’ explanations. Each student will be responsible for the device during the entire stay in the city.
The visit to the Galleria Palatina will probably be discussed by Dr. Anna Bisceglia, assistant director and curator of the institution (pending confirmation).
